Bring your projects to life with access to Sandy’s full showroom inventory — from sofas and dining sets to lamps and accessories. Our program is designed specifically for professional staging companies who need stylish, high-quality furniture on flexible terms.

Rental Pricing

We offer simple, transparent monthly pricing:

  • Month 1: 20% of the retail price
  • Month 2: 30% of the retail price
  • Month 3+: 40% of the retail price, billed monthly

Love the piece? 100% of rental fees paid can be applied toward purchasing the item at full retail price.

What's Included

  • Full access to our in-store showroom inventory (excluding mattresses)

  • All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Accessories included — perfect for adding finishing touches

How It Works

1. Browse & Select: Visit our showroom and choose your items.

2. Reserve: Provide full rental payment and a deposit cheque for the total retail value (held as security).

3. Pick Up: You handle pick-up and return. Delivery available from $500 based on project scope.

4. Return or Purchase:

  • Items are inspected upon return.
  • If all items are in perfect condition, the deposit is returned.
  • If an item is damaged, the item is purchased in full (rental fee applied as credit).
