Will my existing order still be delivered?

Yes, absolutely. All orders are coming in as scheduled. We have an excellent reputation with our manufacturers and want to keep it that way — every order will be fulfilled.

Are the prices negotiable?

No. All prices are final and may be further reduced later, but it is very unlikely the item will still be available.

 Will you be price matching previous purchases?

No. During our final sale no prices will be matched for previous purchases

Will prices go lower?

Some items may be reduced as the sale goes on, but it is very unlikely there will be stock left at that time.

  Can I special order something?

Special orders are only available through our local upholstery vendor, Elite. They have a 4-week turnaround time. Our Simmons and Restwell Mattresses can also be ordered because they arrive within 2 weeks of ordering. All other merchandise is sold from existing or incoming inventory only.

What happens to my Extended Warranty?

If you purchased an extended warranty, Guardsman will continue to look after your coverage. Claims can be submitted online here: https://www.guardsman.com/consumer-products-services/submit-a-claim/

How does delivery work?

Delivery is available for $200 plus tax, and it must be scheduled at the time of purchase.

 Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes.

 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer (accounting@sandysfurniture.ca). Cheques are not accepted. If you pay by credit card, your purchase is also protected by your card issuer.

 Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold ‘AS IS’ with no exceptions.

 How do I know this sale is legitimate?

We’ve been a trusted, family-owned business in this community for 49 years. We’re committed to going out with integrity and fulfilling every obligation. This is a closing-down sale, not a bankruptcy sale.

 How long does the sale run?

The sale continues until all inventory is gone.
