DELIVERY AND CHARGES
Our delivery service includes opening, assembling and inspecting your product for you. Our delivery teams are careful to protect your product and your home during delivery, but we do ask you to read the delivery information section on the inside of your sales folder for detailed delivery protocols. If you’re not home when our delivery team arrives, an additional delivery fee will be payable before we can re-schedule. When your order arrives at your home, please inspect the product carefully. We’ll be glad to resolve any issues as soon as possible. However, you do have up to 48 hours after delivery to let us know of any concerns.

CANCELLATION FEE
All in stock or incoming stock orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee if we approve you to cancel your purchase prior to delivery. You will not be charged this fee if you choose to cancel and re-select an item of the same or greater value.

RE-STOCKING FEE
All orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if we approve you to return your purchase after it has been delivered. You will be charged this fee even if you re-select new merchandise.

CUSTOMER PICK UP
You can pick up your items from our warehouse. Please refer to the pick up information section on the inside of your sales folder for our warehouse address and hours. When picking up product from our store or warehouse locations, our teams will be happy to help you load the product into your vehicle. You will be
responsible for securing it for safe delivery to your home. When choosing pick-up, please remember that you will be responsible for assembly of all product. In the event you find any damage, you’ll need to report the problem within 48 hours to our customer service department.

FLOOR MODELS & CLEARANCE
All floor models and clearance priced product is sold “as is” and without a manufacturer’s warranty. No returns, re-selections or exchanges of floor model or clearance product is possible. Clearance mattresses are not eligible for the 30 Night Comfort Guarantee.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS – STOCK ORDERS
If you purchase in Stock items you must pay 100% of the invoice at the time of purchase. All in stock or incoming stock orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee if we approve you to cancel your purchase prior to delivery. You will not be charged this fee if you choose to cancel and re-select an item of the same or greater value. Once you have taken possession of your regular stock purchase and if you are not happy for any reason with your furniture, you can, within 48 hours of possession report it to a store manager who may approve you
to re-select or return the items with a 15% restocking fee. All furniture must be received in our warehouse in new condition within 7 days of possession. Refunds are processed with the same method of payment (excluding cheque or cash where reimbursement will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days).

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS – SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are final sale, once you have paid a deposit of 50% for your Special Order purchase to be ordered it cannot be cancelled and money will not be refunded for the order.

HOLDING YOUR PRODUCT
When your furniture arrives in our warehouse you will be contacted to pay the outstanding balance. If your items are held for more than 45 days the items will be final sale. Note: Special Orders are always final sale.

POST SALES SERVICE
Many of our manufacturer’s warranties last, on average for 1 year. If you encounter any difficulties during the Manufacturer’s Warranty period please contact our Customer Service department who can help with next steps. For contact information please refer to the Customer Service section on your sales folder.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all in stock items. If you have to wait for incoming stock to arrive you must pay a 50% deposit to hold the goods. If you are placing a Special Order you must pay a deposit of 50% in order for us to place your order. ALL purchases must be paid in full as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You can schedule your delivery as soon as your goods have been paid for in full. We except all forms of payment, including cash, cheque or credit card. You can pay for your order on our website using your Visa or Mastercard. If you’d like to finance your purchase using our third party financing company, Flexiti, you will pay your delivery fees and taxes up front with the balance financed at the time of delivery. Financing terms will depend on the type of plan you’ve chosen.

OUR PRICE GUARANTEE
If, within 30 days of delivery, you find that we have lowered the sale price of your items please bring it to our attention and we will refund you the difference (excludes Clearance Tag Items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day).

30 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE
When you purchase a new mattress set with a mattress pad from Sandy’s, you can take 30 days to ensure you're happy with your choice or you can make a one-time reselection. We encourage you to use your new sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a one-time reselection. If you’re unsatisfied with your new
mattress set, simply contact us within 30 days of the delivery or pick-up date and we’ll help you select a new mattress. If you request a one-time reselection under the comfort guarantee you will be charged a delivery fee for your new mattress set and if the reselection price is higher you will have to pay the difference.
Please note: If you request a one-time reselection, the 30 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee will not apply to your new choice. Sandy’s will not refund the difference between your original and new sleep set, should your new choice be less expensive.
